E-Learning strategy: Once the e-learning readiness of an organization is identified, a suitable e-learning solution is identified and an implementation roadmap is defined.

Learning system analysis and design: The existing training systems are studied and optimized. New processes are worked out keeping in mind the future needs and integration of various modes of learning. Once the learning processes are worked out, the tools are customized to bring in this effect.

Change management: Adoption of new technologies and new learning / training methods calls for effectively managing the change from traditional to the new ones.
